Lachland is a photographer: he explores the environment that surrounds him, through his camera lens. Inspired by history, psychology and sociology, Lachland’s artistry considers the psychological experience of being in a certain place and time.
“I want to capture timeless images, creating ambiguity in age. Although all my projects have different subjects and methods there are common threads that hold them together, and they can begin to be linked by their similarities.”
