Lisa Babbé

Lisa is a painter who works with materials to articulate, extend and push her understanding of abstract expressionism. Her practice is rooted in place, with found materials and sustainability playing an important role in guiding the work. Lisa’s work uses a tactile and visual language to capture and reinterpret the feeling of experiencing new places.
