I use art as a space for escape, reflection, and self understanding. My practice traces my process of embracing a non binary identity and challenges conventional ideas of gender and the societal limitations placed around it. Through post medium painting, I explore gender fluidity using gesture, colour, and texture to depict figures who evolve over time, drawn and redrawn in ways that mirror the iterative nature of self-exploration and acceptance. This slow, layered process creates an intimate connection with each piece and invites viewers to reflect on their own identities alongside mine.
