The Hidden Wardrobe

The Hidden Wardrobe is a flexible studio space with high ceilings, perfect for working on large paintings or sculptures.

It also has two beautiful bay windows which have been converted into exhibition spaces. Exhibitions change every few months and are open to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Physical access 

The Hidden Wardrobe has two bay windows which are used as exhibition spaces. These can be seen from the pavement and are available to view 24/7.

Communication access 

Due to the location of the venue being next to the railway, there are occasionally loud train noises.

The exhibitions held here have been previously recorded and uploaded to our youtube channel. These contain the voice overs from each of the artists, explaining their work and overall practice.

By Bus

The number 3,16,18 and N18 all stop at Brintons Road bus stop, which is a 3 minute walk from The Alfred Arcade.

By Car

There is a long stay car park called Northam Road Car Park, located less than 50 meters from the venue. There are two disabled car parking spaces located at this car park.
